I’m so mad because I’m only able to use my Kohl’s cash that I earned when Kohl’s says. This is not right!!! I should be able to use this cash when I am ready. This was the cSomebody needs to call me to get this straight. This is not good business. I’m totally turned off by this stunt.
Check out person gave me such a hard time with the coupon Kohl's emailed me. Customer Service is very mediocre to poor. I try to avoid this Kohl's and shop at nearby stores where the people are more polite.
