I love this store! They have great customer service, always help me find what I need and it's a breeze mailing anything out of their post office inside.
This is backed up by the Ace corporate.

Very poor communication! I took my broken weed eater in for repairs almost 6 weeks ago! Was told to expect 2-3 weeks for repair. After 3 weeks I called and they couldn't find record of my weed eater in the log. Said they'd check the work room and call me back. After 3 hours, no call. When I called them back they said they had located it but work hadn't been started yet. Today I called and left message for the manager in repairs. No call back. When I called and asked for a different manager who could look into it, I was passed around to 4 people before finding out that my device had been repaired and they were sorry nobody had contacted me or kept me updated to the fact that they were waiting on a backordered part. I understand backorders, it's the lack of followup and communication that upsets me. In the future I will not use this location for Stihl repairs. There are other Ace Hardware stores nearby, I will use one of them AND, I recommend that others do the same.
