He was rushed in by ambulance after suffering a serious seizure. Thank you so much for treating him like a person and not just a number.

Their ER staff is awesome. From check-in to the discharge. Every single person was helpful, and treated my brother with care and great concern.

BAD BAD BAD!!!! DO NOT GO HERE --- Don't let the pretty building fool you ---- nursing staff is unimaginably rude and ignorant to their jobs - they do not follow instructions and we didn't fell like they cared about us or our concerns or needs at all, the nurses were annoyed at every question we asked, the management or charge nurses were even worse - talk about being afraid in a hospital..... they could not get medication records correct, kept asking same questions over and over, seemed like no organization, no clear channel of anything. The doctor/surgeons kept telling nurses one thing and they would do something different. Felt unsafe, insecure and afraid of what they would do next, in the end many mistakes an left hospital having to manage things on our own. WOW - would NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Great hospital, my youngest daughter had her tonsils out PRM and we were very impressed with the staff and the facilities. We’ve also attended a few of the hospitals community events and have really enjoyed them, it’s always nice to see organizations that give back to the community!

Went in because of pregnancy issues and they didn’t inform us that they didn’t have someone to do prenatal assistance until after we were admitted. Then when the nurse put the IV in my arm she didn’t do something right because I had blood all over my arm and on the bed. (I have pictures) Then she took my blood and urine and places it on the counter. Then before I get transferred to a different hospital that deals with pregnancy (via ambulance) the Dr says that my blood work looks good even though my blood is still on the counter

I was taken to this place and left in an observation all night into the next day and forced to sleep on the wooden ambulance until left. Like another commentator on here, I also was bound all night in place by rigid IV hoses that caused machine sensors to go off all night and not allowing me to sleep. And to top it off, I was given charity assistance for my bill, because I was unemployed and uninsured and now they're denying that Assistance even though their billing company says I have a zero balance.
