I called made an appointment days in advanced. He was a no show!! What a waste of time & poor customer service!
Customer beware! Poor customer service. Had them make a new key for a lost key vehicle. Was told that the job was done but the truck was having some other issue not allowing it to turn on. I bought a fuel pump since the truck would crank but not start. A few days later I found the lost key and the truck started right up. They didn't program the key right and was now out the the fuel pump plus the days of not being able to use the truck for work. When I spoke to the owner he just blew me off saying not their problem, since they are not mechanics and they didn't say "buy a fuel pump". Not even a simple apology was offered. He answered my concerns in a very arrogant manner. His tech that came out was no different. I had already dealt with the owner's attitude before but dismissed it. I was in need of a quote and went inside to ask. The owner in a rude manner said come back on Monday we are now closed. The door was open and ppl were inside. Being a lock and safe place you would think they would of simply locked their door to notify ppl they are closed.
