Best Indian grocery in town! Excellent customer service! The owners and the workers are always nice. Great take outs and great menu selection for desi food! Very clean store! Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!
It's good grocery store. But wait times are very high. If you order any food to go, then the shop guy call the cook through phone to come and heat it before pack. She will come. Wait time is approximately 30 minutes. Price is moderate. Other snacks are there. Meat is also there.
We have decided to NEVER ever visit this place again....and NEVER ever recommend to our friends and families.
Horrible .... We ordered for take out Saag Paneer and 2, Garlic naan today from Satya, Pearland. After taking the first bite, I decided to throw Saag paneer in the garbage disposal... it was SO BAD in taste. I hate to throw the food but I had NO choice. On top of that, the staff (both of them) did not even speak English when we were there - they were communicating with me in Malayalee which I do not understand - are we in Kerala or in USA. How can the owner staff the establishment with people who do not speak or understand English?
The food is just oki, and flavoury. It is a pity that the service is so terrible. I have eaten there twice, observing both times how two waitresses were literally waiting, doing nothing, while the dirty dishes of guests that had left were left standing on the tables, not providing a pleasant sight. There was not even a clean table left for new guests - as if tthey were not interested at all in receiving new guests. When new guests arrived they cleaned half of the double table for them, but the rice of the previous guests was left partly on the other half of the table. After ten minutes I had to ask again for the water I had ordered, because they had forgotten it.
