This was a classic example of getting what you paid for. We should have known something was wrong when there were still tickets available to a new movie on a holiday weekend.
So wow. Unbelievably clean and comfy. It's an older construction so occasionally you can hear the movie in the next room during the quiter scenes of your movie, but it's not terrible. Nice to have this little gem in the heart of old Pearland. Love it.
Price: Outstanding!
Cons: theatre was unkempt (food and beverages from previous patrons were left everywhere limiting seating choices), seats are not elevated enough to see over taller patrons, bathroom was dirty ( wet floors, soiled toilet seats, overflowing trash bins), popcorn was not fresh, Powerade was watered down, concession line/order was unclear (there was only one line but multiple assisting people at the counter, chairs recline but do not stay in that position, movie started late.
Pearland Premier Cinema is our favorite movie theater. Since remodeling, the seats are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are also clean. They have current movies and we enjoy the discount for seniors. We hope to go back often.

Pros: $7 movie tickets; solid customer service, exit door light was not as much of a distraction as expected, chocolate covered almonds were good, parking was convenient, intimate setting
Restroom: Clean & fresh smelling.
Worth every penny!
I really like this movie theatre because it's small and has inexpensive ticket prices. The downside is that it is a sketchy location and I would not recommend for taking someone on a first date here.
