I called said they would come out stated date. Never showed I called them they said would be out next day between the hours of 5 and 6 pm. They never showed called no answer and text no answer. That was over a week ago they have yet to ever return my call. I would hate to see what type of work they do if this is how they treat there customers.
I wanted to select zero stars!! Called and set up appointment for an estimate. They never showed. They promised to come out the following day. They never showed. Apologized profusely, so we accepted their emailed estimate and scheduled the work, primarily because we needed it done and they had the best reviews. Day for work came...they were supposed to be here OVER AN HOUR AGO. No contact. Needless to say, I left a voicemail informing them I was done being made a fool of and that I would post negative reviews anywhere possible on the Internet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE TAKING OFF WORK MULTIPLE TIMES FOR NOTHING!!
I came back to my house not put back the way it was for example screws were not put back in the light plates, cabinets were not put back together correctly, paint was dropped on my tub and the walls and not cleaned off, plus the tons of painters tape never taken off, all of which I could handle but now the ceiling in the bathroom is completely peeling off. I have called many times in the past month and scheduled for them to come back and they always tell me they will be out on Saturday and never show up. I have tried to resolve this many times before leaving this review but feel like anyone needing painters should definitely take their buisness elsewhere.
I found Kantu Painting by reading reviews. There are so many horrible stories about residential contractors I was very cautious. Since I made my decision based on their good reviews I feel compelled to write one as well. Kantu Painting will exceed your expectations. Thank you Kantu Painting. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Most of the crew speaks Spanish and may discourage some people from hiring them if you don't understand what their talking about, but these guys are awesome. I will recommend Kantu Painting to my family, friends or anyone else.
*My Experience with them did not include painting* Did an online request for a quote, and no one called us. Called them, and scheduled a quote and they confirmed. 20 minutes before the scheduled time, I was called by someone in the office that Mr. Kantu would not be able to make it asking to reschedule. Did not offer to send someone else as we had been waiting for him to show up. Just from their ability to communicate from the get go, I will not use this company.
