My usual mail man is the best one I've ever had.
This is the office for both my home and my work. I get other people's mail, lost packages, and they skip my place of business 80% of the time. I assume it's because you don't care. Get yourselves together.
I live in Avalon Terrace 2 and I am always getting other people's mail. Sometimes I do not get even get mail, not even junk mail which is unheard of. But, the reason I am writing this today is because I was excepting a package with medicine in it. I have check the mail twice today, I called the place that sent the package and they said it showed that it was out for delivery from the USPS. I call the office on Walnut St. in Pearland Texas and the lady said that the Mail had been delivered to my subdivision already today. This is not the first time I have not gotten a package when it should have been here. I have talked to other neighbors and they say that they get other people's mail all the time. One neighbor said that she mailed out invitations to one of her children's birthday party and 80% of the people did not get them. I have lived here for almost 2 years and this kind of stuff has happen more then it should. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!
The customer service here is great. The customer service personnel always go out of their way to help me. They are amazing compared to the Cullen location especially.
Once again, the tracking number says my mail was delivered and there is nothing in my mailbox, our community lock-boxes have keys so it's not like someone can take our mail. I constantly get my neighbor's mail and they get mine. I am over 40 years old and have lived in Pearland for over 5 years, this is the worst service I have had in all my life. PLEASE FIX IT!!!
The post office is a different story. I have to go to work early so I can't wait for the lobby to open to pick up packages and the office is closed by the time I get back from work. There's a door designated for early pick up but no matter how many times I knock or ring the bell, no one answers. Why have the service if you're not going to make it available?
