I started doing business with Alliance in June of 2000 when I needed new roofing on my tar and gravel flat roofs on my three small apartment buildings. They did a great job back then and were prompt in dealing with a rare repair. Last fall they replaced my tar and gravel with a white rubber surface, which probably saved me from suffering any damage from Hurricane Harvey.

I have used Alliance Roofing for years, with my business and personal
properties. They are reasonably priced prompt and extremely knowledgeable. They honor their work and stand behind their warranty.
They also have replaced or repaired roofs in a couple of rent houses over the last 17 years. I have always been pleased with their prices but was really surprised when I comparison shopped last year and their price was 1/3 less than the competition.
This company put a new roof on my house before we moved in and we have had problems ever since. I either can't get them to call me back or the owner won't show up to a scheduled appointment.
Great roofing company. Did an excellent job on my repair and very knowledgeable. The salesman with Alliance told me I did not need a new roof just the leak repaired, which I thought was very refreshing to hear since the other two roofers that came out to bid on the job both told me I needed a new roof. The roof was only 8 years old.
During Harvey my roof leaked and i called Alliance to see if they would come out and look at it. They showed up unannounced while I was at work and never called to let me know they even attempted to fix anything. I only found out when I had to call again and Chris let me know they had come out, but was unable to tell me what they fixed other than they resealed a vent. When it rained again the same vent was leaking and now I can't get a call back from them. This is the third attempt to fix one leak from this company and I am only still working with them because they supposedly honor their work. I would recommend choosing a different company for any roof work.
This company is fast professional and my new roof is beautiful. They are also very responsive! I will use them again in the future and recommend them to EVERYONE!
