A lot of great stores. A nice place to just go walk and window shop. There is a great lounge in the court yard Marriott. Has a very nice hotel. Safe, very well maintained and policed. Covered area with benches in order to rest.
Pearland town center is really nice, I prefer shopping here over galleria! Lots of stores, just like the mall, except less traffic and less people. Best parking is near the Dillard’s. You can walk thru there and get to the Main Street where stores like Express and Victoria’s Secret are.
The area is full of useful places for all styles of shopping needs to be met. Most people who work in the area are friendly which helps keep the atmosphere positive. Also because the area is still in development its well worth noting that it looks nice and modern.
This shopping center is nice but the selection of stores is odd. Yes there are clothing stores but there are also some really random bits. It is however always crowded with parking, I am assuming because of all the eateries so close in one space. Really the only reason to come is convenience and Fish City!
Many shops and restaurants to choose from. I personally love going to Mongo's Mongolian grille. Very good food at a decent price. Their sushi is pretty good too. Try making your own bowl instead of buying from the menu. You'll be surprised.
