It's a really great high school stadium. The lighting is great for night games. Concessions aren't bad and the score board is huge for a high school. Plenty of parking to boot.
Very impressive stadium. The loudspeaker sounds muffled at times, but other than that, a very nice stadium - 1st class!
Home of the Pearland High Oilers and Dawson High Eagles. Not one of the enormous multimillion dollar stadia that are en vogue now, but a roomy, nicely appointed high school football stadium. Both high schools have had a lot of success recently so it stays pretty crowded on Friday nights, but there is a pretty large parking lot though you may have to walk a ways. It is on the campus of Pearland High School.
Pearland is a proud city and extremely proud of our football teams. The Rug is a state of the art facility where our city comes together to cheer on our teams.
