They did a great job, super quick, and probably the most affordable car wash, with hand vacuum and dry that I've ever seen. I wish it was closer to my house because we would go allll the time.
This is my second visit. The attendant was not very good at explaining the different washes so I just went ahead with the ocean view. This is the second to highest wash. The attendant asked if I wanted the dash and wheel cleaned. Yes please. Didn't mention this was an additional $8! After an hour of waiting I got the car. Outside looked fine. Inside the dash and doors had been wiped down but not the wheel. Looking in the back the seats had not been touched. Thanks to my toddler this is why I came in! So disappointing. I got out and asked the attendant about the lack of cleaning and he said I would have needed to get the $45 wash! Seriously! Not returning. Lots of new competition in the area that I'll try instead.
I think it's a ripoff when I pulled in for car wash services the 1st guy that greeted me kept giving me different prices from the original prices so I chose the 26.99 package which was the Ocean wash w/ wax..... My wait time wasn't long but when they were through I paid and checked out my car which I should have checked out my car then paid!!!!! My car wasn't to clean I had residue spots from dirt all around my car .. my windows were smudge and not to mention the fragrance!!! I picked pina colada and you couldn't smell it!!!! For the price I got a half done job I can understand a 6.00 car wash but I paid 26.99 worst 1st experience ever!!!! Guys please check your cars before leaving if you choose this location.... I had a guy come over a wipe it down a bit he checked my car out and noticed a lot of errors and he apologized and wished me well on my next visit.... Kindly thanks but No thanks will not visit again!
I always come here to have my two SUVs washed because I have been satisfied with the service. But today is complely different. There were 4 vehicles that need to be wiped and polished. Two people were working hard attending to the two vehicles while the other two people were just chit-chatting. My SUV was supposed to be the 3rd one to be wiped and polished but to my surprise one of the chit-chatting guy decided to work on the 4th vehicle. Since I can't wait any longer, I decided to drive away without getting the full service that I paid for (Ocean View for $25.99). I guess it is time to shop around for other car wash service in the area.
The cashier and manager are both nice. However I'm tired of extra charges showing up on my bill when its time to pay. Usually I'm not even told by the mechanic in advance..this seems to happen every time I get an oil change here...I'm no longer going to pay $50 (once they tack on their extra fees) for a basic oil change...I'll go elsewhere next time. Also when the mechanic tries to upsell me by trying to replace my air filters...they really don't like to hear no for an answer. Finally I'm tired of their mechanics not putting my wheel lock back when I get my tires rotated...i have to ask every time before i drive off for my wheel lock back.
