I arrived at 4:52 pm to get my car washed. They are closed. Business hours shows they close at 6pm. Answering machine says they close at 7pm. Yet it's not even 5 yet and they are closed! BAD BUSINESS when you are not available during YOUR POSTED HOURS!!!
I don't know if they changed the management or what but they used to be pretty good about a year ago. I had the monthly program with unlimited washes and they did a good job. But, I came about a week ago for a simple wash and they kept trying to increase the price and I ended up paying almost $100. They did do a decent job so I didn't complain too much and they gave me a $5 coupon. I returned today to use it on another car and at first they said you can't use it on a simple wash so I said that's fine I'll upgrade to a deluxe. Then I went inside and the same guy from last time came back out again and said I'll have to upgrade to some special package because I have "crumbs". I said the regular vacuum will work because I've been to this same location many times and he insisted i have to pay an additional $15 plus the $30 deluxe and so this time I didn't waste my time and thanked him and just left. Seems like they just want to rip you off and will keep trying to add packages just to take your money. Stay away and go to another car wash where they'll be honest.
